These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of boho-ca.casino ("bohocasino") and set out your rights, obligations, and legal protections when using this website and its services in Canada. Effective Date: January 1, 2025.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
OBSERVE: Bet placement, conduct standards, and acceptable behaviour on the platform must be fully specified. - Bet Cancellation/Modification: Bets cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed, except due to technical failure, error, or at bohocasino's discretion for reasons such as system malfunction, game disruption, or regulatory requirements.

Limitation of Liability

- Liability Exclusions: bohocasino will not be liable for:

- Losses resulting from User-provided incorrect data or security breaches on User devices.
- Indiscriminate or indirect damages, including loss of opportunity, business, or reputation.
- Maximum Compensation: bohocasino's maximum liability in any circumstance will not exceed the lesser of (i) CA$5,000 or (ii) the amount of the bet or funds held in the User account at the time of the claim or incident.
- Regulatory Exclusions: Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory rights provided under Canadian consumer or gambling law.
Intellectual Property Rights

Changes to Terms

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
